Part I — The Hybrid Execution Model
Hybrid has become a word that describes almost anything, which is why this document begins by making it precise. Part I defines what a hybrid organization actually is: the execution surface it produces work across, the four modes in which that work executes, and the reason structures designed for human-only execution do not hold once systems and models carry part of the load. It closes with the claim the rest of the document rests on — that what has changed is complexity, not tooling.
